      Pay is decent. Work from home. The company is doing well.

      Cons

      They put 1 QE on each team or multiple teams, making it very difficult to take days off. Features grow exponentially and QE resources get split to work on new teams. Technical bar is very low and most time is wasted on manual tasks and managing manual testers. No time to work on actual work. Constantly bothered by random tasks and problems that devs and PMs don't want to work on.

      - bandwidth is spread thin between team members - unfair distribution of compensation - promotion is unknown and not discussed fairly to team members
