      Pros

      Amazing benefits package. Good values, very employee focused....on paper.

      Cons

      Hostile working environment. Very few women and ethnic minorities in leadership roles and the handful that manage to slip in end up leaving or are terminated. No autonomy or empowerment given, no career progression.
