      organizations only cares about sales and forgets all of the supporting functions. Constantly understaffed and lack of upward mobility with pay/promotions

      Coworkers, even though a smaller group, are great.

      Cons

      Contract term was not fully transparent when hiring. Employees should know when the current contract ends when hired. Our manager is overworked and can not manage their emotions
