      Pros

      Smart colleagues, good compensation, good culture, interesting projects, flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Poor management, strategy and execution. The direction of the Company based on the whims of one individual. Lack of maturity and accountability. Bro culture that rewards people for fealty to founders rather than impact or achievement. Executives who don't have the experience, skills or knowledge to hold their roles.

      Pros

      Throughout my time there I've met many colleagues and coworkers, as well as people from different teams, and all of them were incredibly kind and helpful. Company culture promotes an attitude of kindness constantly.

      Cons

      The onboarding process was too heavily focused on my own team, and I pretty much didn't learn about most of the company-wide events and efforts.
