      It's as crazy as you've heard... but with some major bright spots

      Pros

      Incredible people, incredible vision. Extremely fast paced, learn as you grow, huge upside potential and brand new leadership making the company more positive. Can be almost cult-ish (not such a bad thing) and the obsession with the product itself is unreal.

      Cons

      Difficult place (emotionally) to work, a lot of legacy HR issues, work so hard that it borders on burnout, huge pressure, diversity issues, a lot of managers who need to be booted or retrained.

      Great pay. Lots of freedom. Their heart is in the right place.

      Systemic myopia and delusion. Long hours for those who are unable to enforce their own work-life boundaries. Lack of emphasis on execution excellence.
