      Pros

      Nice office, bunch of smart people, great work-life-balance, tons of perks and a lot of internal resources with video lectures about internal policies and stuff.

      Cons

      Everything done is ad-hoc, tons of management driven initiatives, a colleague of mine worked 24/7 to prepare demo before planning.

      Pros

      - The best manager I ever had - never overly demanding, and a lot of autonomy to get things done. Proactively asked to make sure I wasn't putting in too many hours - The best team I've been a part of not a single person I wouldn't see myself being friendly with outside of work, and folks were very willing to help and were just nice to be around - Great comp (I didn't even care about the stock crashing since my base was so high - a good 30% higher than other offers I had at the same time) - Best Insurance and other perks - it was really crazy, the office people at the doctor would tell us that we have amazing insurance when realizing our final out of pocket bill

      Cons

      - Economy caused some re-arranging, but hopefully it's just temporary
