      Pros

      Company is innovative and well-positioned with respect to AR. Culture has improved dramatically over last few years. People are generally reflective of values, kind, smart, and creative. Work-life balance is manageable.

      Cons

      Low promotion opportunities past a certain point. Certain management decisions continue to display unconscious bias (even though we have a strong DEI department). These two factors are causing senior team members to become frustrated and leave.
