Pros
Snaps values are kind, smart and creative. That being said, they hold these values at high standards. The people are here are fun to work with, they are driven and passion about what they do. They are also considerate and treat you like a human. Leaders are receptive to feedback and often work on them to improve the employees experience
Cons
There is a gap between the application and the business of running the application. More often than not the two dont seem to be aligned.
