      Very smart and nice co-workers. Nice offices. Free food.

      Cons

      With the current stock price and botched product redesign, morale is low and good engineers are leaving in droves. Management refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and employees opinions and advice is never listened to.

      The idea of Venice and Santa Monica are cool. Los Angeles is a pretty cool place to visit.

      Not enough technical people at the top. Lack of quality discovery for extremely important public facing projects. Lack of direct management on tasks capable of not being completed. Was told "because Evan said so" often.
