      Pros

      Snapchat is a product that encourages building relationships with your close friends through the camera, creativity, spontaneity, being in the moment and being yourself. This is translated within the company as well. Snap and the CEO encourage employees to be their true selves and to build on your strengths. When you can be yourself, you do your best work.

      Cons

      I'm still surprised at the lack of streamlined processes we have internally here. It seems like a lot of case-by-case scenarios. I think strides are being made, so I'm optimal of the future. There's also not a whole lot of direction for career development but I think there are opportunities to take that into your hands and propose them.
