- Absolutely no growth potential. They don’t care about investing in their employees.
- “Council”, conducted mainly by white employees, is cultural appropriation and a mockery of native cultures.
- Sexual harassment is tolerated (and sometimes encouraged). If you’re a woman or LGBT, you will be harassed. If you are a sexual harasser, you will be promoted.
- Management is incompetent and behaves like children.
- Business decisions are irrational and delusional and often completely incomprehensible.
- Management lies to your face.
- HR will generally just ignore you.
- Management will manipulate you to suit their purposes and throw you under the bus.
- Internal politics is toxic (again, management consists of immature children).
- Anonymous surveys aren’t anonymous and they will retaliate against you.
