The company is dying a slow death. Benefits keep getting worse and more expensive. 4 days/week return to office mandated even in cases where there is no value. Great people have left and a lot of the jerks and lower performers that know they couldn't be hired elsewhere have stayed. Flat stock price for 3 years with no vision to raise it. CEO keeps pumping money into this bad bet hardware hobby projects. No company strategy other than hoping that TikTok is banned in the US. Company leadership proposes ridiculous initiatives like monitoring employee usage of Snapchat as a measure of employee performance. No hopes for ousting Evan/Bobby since their share % means they will leave only when they chose to do so. This company is doomed.

** High level of ambiguity and high level of speed. This is not for everyone (i.e. if you are looking for full stability and low amount of ambiguity don't come here :)) ** We are a fast growing company that traditionally has gone lean on headcount investment (which in one end is great as you all will have huge jobs very quickly, but on the other end you are going to be joining a place where we are hiring a lot of roles to cover for existing workload and it's going to take some time to catch up)
