      Pros

      Young, smart, fun company to work for. Silicon valley atmosphere outside of the Bay Area.

      Cons

      Decisions are not driven by data. Most of the decisions come from the top without any actual customer validation/feedback. Siloed, compartmentalized information all around.

      - Perks & Benefits - Nice Office Space - Free Food & Stocked Break Areas - Nice Parties

      Cons

      - No Room for growth unless you were are apart of the click - Management hires friends from previous jobs - Especially Facebook friends - No regard for the work and initiatives placed for the organization - Management has no clue how to lead - Your ideas are overlooked - Racist Leadership - If you're not White or Asian or Male - No need to apply - CEO cares more about adding to his Billions at the expensive of the employees and Shareholders. - Investing in this company is like burning cash - Layoff's and Position Elimination was done abrutly and rudely. An Email was sent for a meeting to bring your personal belongings. 1 Hour Later lives and families changed with no remorse while Evan allocated 638 million in Bonus money to himself.
