Part-time is rough when you want to fully engage in Snap culture

You can sometimes feel out of the loop. As the company continues to grow, there is a huge opportunity for more communication. We act like a small company where "word of mouth" is a great way for communication. However, it's grown so much so this isn't a successful tactic anymore. If you're a process ordinated person, you may find this company a bit difficult to work with. However, may be a great opportunity to leverage that expertise to shine. Also, you have to be an advocate for yourself because management is "eh". Promote yourself and talk yourself up!
