      Pros

      Amazing colleagues, the ability to work on many different projects at once, the location is incredible. I actually have people I consider friends here and we're all very supportive of each other.

      Cons

      Growing very fast, and it sometimes feels too fast. I miss knowing everyone, but that's a part of a growing company. So pretty much classic startup growing pains.

      Pros

      Working at Snapchat is never boring. There are few companies in the world where you can have as big an impact on the culture that you live in. The people at Snapchat are brilliant, friendly, and inspiring.

      Cons

      At Snapchat people work hard and sometimes struggle to find a good work/life balance. Though there are no rules on when to come in and when to leave, most employees are self motivated enough to get in early and stay late.
