      Really great people that I enjoy on a personal level, which makes the work more fun and easy going.

      Cons

      They changed the bonus structure as a disadvantage to the majority of employees. Not a ton of documentation on things or a consistent way of doing things across the team, which makes it hard to work with and hand off work between team members.
