      - competitive pay - good benefits - a lot of great coworkers and hardworking peers

      Cons

      - awful culture (especially compared to previous years) due to ongoing layoffs, poor work life balance, unattainable goals, constant shifts in leadership asks and priorities. - expectation that sales should be growing business despite that growth not being reflected in our user base, product offering or performance - required to go in several days a week but the office feels cold, quiet, depressing and lifeless - nearly impossible to get a raise or promotion
