      Pros

      The people here are honestly some of the nicest, the perks and benefits are competitive, and the work-life balance has been super solid.

      Cons

      The RTO policy is strict, but the work hours are flexible. Leadership can be unclear at times, making it tough to navigate the company's future direction—it honestly feels like they have been going through an identity crisis for years now about what they really want to be with no clear direction. Stock has essentially plateaued.
