      You get to work on product that used by millions of people, get to innovate and bring lots of creative ideas to life.

      Cons

      My particular job was a bit boring and wasn't challenging or something of a great need: it was a project which would look good on my promotion package — you'll need to play these corporate games instead of doing meaningful things.

      nice salary, good place to be, good team

      Hard to get promotions, its absolutely unclear. High risk of burnout since work is pretty simple and its commonly the same everyday.
