      Pros

      Great perks and I liked my immediate team. Being the the space had me optimistic about the future of AR.

      Cons

      Had fun at Snap but was always unsure of where the company was headed. Feels like they try a lot of things but nothing sticks. Leadership feels a bit lost constantly. Small decisions take months too take effect
