      Quarterly performance reviews means you get reviewed 4 times a year instead of 2 times a year compared to other FAANG-like companies Very short time to ramp up and show improvements due to small window for performance reviews Snap stocks keep on falling and has not recovered since 2021 which affects total compensation No real future for the company with Instagram and TikTok taking over social media Pointless RTO 4 days a week

      Fun, enjoy my team and in general everyone I have worked with. You get to work on fun engineering problems

      Tech stack is old (iOS), all ideas come from product, engineers don’t feel valued.rarely get to tackle tech debt. Don’t totally agree with the vision of the product
