Business Outlook
Pros
The paycheck but it doesn't last, every earnings it drops significantly with no path to recovery. The money on paper is good but you need to do your own due diligence.
Cons
The company has zero direction, seems to have over-promised to the investors in the past and forever chasing the growth that will never exist. The code base is poorly managed and patches are everywhere. Constant direction changes exhausting and many people cope with "it's like that everywhere". I am from Meta monetization and never seen this level of non-sense anywhere. What a bad place to work.
