      Pros

      comp, was a product engineer so cool to iterate on a fun app that I personally had used since 2014.

      Cons

      Evan (CEO/founder) doesn't really understand how to pivot Snapchat as it faces multiple headwinds (Friend Story engagement declining, monetization issues with ATT). Promotion bar is high b/c L4 is a wide band.
