      Pros

      - Love the mission, especially the inclusion of the word, “creative” - Very smart, down to earth people. I enjoy talking and learning from my coworkers - Innovative culture. Still trying to push limits and come up with cool ideas - LA.. work near the beach!! (Or travel there occasionally)

      Cons

      - Stop trying to be Facebook. I left there for a reason - Not as flashy of a campus and other perks like other big tech companies. Although I think this helps filter out people that would join for the wrong reasons

      Beware of leadership's white boys club

      Innovative design, everybody is copying them, above market compensation used as a retention tool

      Cons

      The culture is toxic. There's almost no leadership diversity (my mgmt chain was 5 layers of white males), HR was hostile, and too many impactful decisions were made opaquely with unknown justification which eroded trust in the company.
