The marketing department has no idea what they are doing and rarely met any objectives or goals. Poorly managed department and company. As well as low pay and rarely had employee reviews. In the software space very unknown company and brand lacks awareness on any level. Those who play politics are promoted over those who work hard to try to meet sales goals and build new business opportunities.
