Pros

This is one of the best jobs I've ever had. My hours are flexible, I work from home, my coworkers and I get along wonderfully, and the leaders care immensely. Healthcare, medical, dental, and a 401k contribution are all included. They offer sick days, maternal leave (unpaid), bereavement leave, and many miscellaneous resources involving improving your health and lifestyle.

Cons

Pay raises are very minimal, so don't expect your salary to grow much from its starting point. While there are a lot of benefits, some of them are quite bare bones, including healthcare and the 401k contribution. Managers, team leaders, and the people on the ground floor of the operations all work very hard and try to support each other. But the executives (and going further up the Foundation that owns the company) seem to have a disconnect with the rest of the company.

A company trying hard!

Pros

- Respectful work culture, diversity/inclusion and a decent work-life balance. - Global list of enterprise-level clients - Great product in the MDM space, that serves the purpose and needs of the business.

Cons

Stibo Systems is trying hard to live up to the legacy it wanted to build as a "200+ years old company" but is faltering in its core values of passion and purpose? - Constant changes, though intended for the good, aren't leading to results and scaling company growth. - Lack of budget/investment(or supposedly the lack) in key areas such as customer success/support and product development is hurting in recent times. - A wannabe global company, but very self-centred around the nordic folks. A few people from different part of the world, who have done their best can forget about moving up the career ladder within the company. - Strategy - a lot of talks, ideas and intended execution, however, the company has not moved anywhere in the last 2 years. - Product management is trying hard to catch up but doesn't look like they are in the game anymore. - People retention - is perhaps the number 1 on my list, however, keeping it to the last if anyone really cares to read through this entire list.

Pros

Not many to be honest apart from the people in my team.

Cons

Outdated software with no plans to move it into this century Very much an old boys club run by dinosaurs Diversity & inclusion are very low priorities. Focused on developing solutions for key high visibility customers. Retain people who would be fired in a normal organisation.
