Stibo provide a fantastic arena to build expertise in Data management and technical approach. They have a best in class product to sell and some great minds learn from. Plenty of exposure to clients and to build your knowledge from deploying and developing the product. A company that has wisely invested in their own tools and templates to support the SDLC, end to end

Cons

Stibo has relatively poor remuneration and not much of a benefits package. UK staff are over worked and under resourced and training opportunities are limited. Very little by way of job security. No personnel or support services to speak of and man management is very adhoc and disorganised

Stibo Systems is an innovative company that is keeping up with the changes and growth in the field of Master Data Management. I feel that there is tremendous room for growth and that for the most part management takes part in providing an avenue so you can reach your greatest potential. The team and company culture is excellent. I do not feel micromanaged. Instead, I feel empowered to contribute and offer my best. Excellent benefits with a 401k match. Great work life balance. Work from home options. Excellent North American HQ location in Kennesaw, Ga. This is great as you get to work from an awesome software company and you don't have to deal with the horrible Atlanta traffic.

Cons

Stibo Systems is growing fast and this kind of growth requires smart and strategic changes within an organization. This isn't really a con, it appears that we are growing smart vs. jumping on everything that comes our way.

The company has a very supportive culture that looks out for its employees and helps make everyone feel like part of a team. Many people have been with the company for a decade or more because they feel it's a great place to work.

Cons

The company is facing growing pains due to all the new people it's hired over the last few years. Many long-term employees feel that the culture is changing for worse. It can be very disorganized at times although that's improved over the years.
