Innovative, Fun and Flexible place to work where your voice is heard
Pros
I have joined StiboSystems two months ago and my job is to help set up HR processes and align them across Europe. The company has great history - it's a foundation with structured, transparent communication in place. They support work life balance which works for me as I have two small children. They offer flexibility to manage my own time and work from home if needed. The Reading office is set in a parkland with plenty of opportunities for exercise. They also have fruit basket in the office available for everyone. People are friendly and obviously care for one another - they all know each other and it feels like a family. Everyone is highly technical and as a result, there is a fairly flat structure. The salary is competitive in the market and they recently introduced a bonus which is an added benefit. They are investing in their employees and there are several training courses available for people to take advantage of. They have recently completed an employee survey and are working through the points to improve the few areas with low scores. There is evident commitment from the SLT. All in all I find it a fun place to work in and enjoy coming in and finding out what I will be working on next!
Cons
the company has doubled in size in the last 3 years which means that they have some learning to do to move away from the entrepreneurial thinking and get some structure in terms of HR processes (hence why I am here!) the UK benefits are average - it would be great if they offered medical and dental.
