Management is horrible here. It's full of politics and games, the worst I've ever seen. If your opinions and ideas are good enough, they're happy to take credit for them. If they're not part of their plan, they're torn apart. The worst part is, HR has been made aware of several issues and nothing is done. The company overall has a lack of morale and communication. Departments often have issues connecting the dots and lack collaboration. On top of everything, the global offices are melding together so much that the work/life balance is slipping. You constantly feel the need to check emails and continue work at all hours.

There is a tremendous blackhole in leadership at the company which is very demotivating to the group as a whole. They need to develop the product a lot as it has not aged well.
