Bosses do not take 'no' for an answer, and then you get fired? I was hired as a Java-bug-fixer, got 6w on-the-job-training, worked, then I asked for 6w on-the-job-training in React - got a 'no' - and had a burnout & got fired and lost the opportunity that I was promised? Because they did not listen to a 'no'.? So don't take a job here, if you care for your life. Just dont!

It used to be a great place to work. Now, not so much.

Cons

Leadership celebrated EBITDA and that has distracted them from hiring competent sales team. Look at the turnover in sales and it's not hard to put 2+2 together.
