From my perspective there are following things environment, rhythm of work, team and payment amount. The entire mechanism is set to support and motivate not only clients, but the whole Team. Regular trainings, conferences, thematic articles and HR events encourage for individual development and reflect company dynamic all the time. And this is my topic)
