      Pros

      I'm thankful for every working day here. I love going to work, and this is the first time in my life. The project is related to my interests, the people are great, the compensation is on time. There is an opportunity for career advancement. Although I started out with no customer service experience, I received good training.

      At first, I had to memorize and assimilate quite a lot of information, but then it becomes easier

      Pros

      These are the best 3 years of my life. A very good employer. I had no experience in support, but I learned everything and it has grown like a manager. I am grateful for the experience and good attitude, and training. I am now changing the scope of work, but I am grateful to this place and recommend it to everyone.
