      This is a good company and good people. There are many processes, but all can be studied if desired. Offices are amazing and competitive salary.

      Pros

      One of the best companies I have ever applied for. Great culture, pay on time. They attempt to fit your schedule to the best of their abilities. If a project ends they try to place you in a new one asap. They do attempt to promote from within.

      Cons

      After a year got no pay increase, even with the economic downturn. Some projects are going to be much better than others. Part of the training depends on the client project and these seem to either be good or downright horrendous (not SUP's direct fault).

      Pros

      I've been working here for half a year and I'm satisfied. I am always asked my opinion and helped with training. The work is remotely well set up and that's a big plus. The team is friendly and the management is loyal. I feel part of a big and cool team here.

      Cons

      There is nothing wrong, I like everything.
