Pros

Communication with my manager and the team was good. We had regular syncs with the client to talk about top inquiries from customers and constantly improved our materials. I really liked working in my team

Cons

It took me a bit long to go through all the materials for my project, but after that I knew waht to expect when I started supporting

Pros

I was trying to start working here for a few months and finally applied to one of the vacancies. Love the corporate culture and the benefits that are provided after employment. I'm going to refer a few of my friend as well

Pros

SupportYourApp provides outsource customer support to its client companies. Based on your experience/background you are assigned to a project - the client company you will be providing service to. It could be a good opportunity for freshly-graduate student to challenge his/her own skills. Flexible schedule.

Cons

It's a job for students: no social or health insurance, very limited number of vacation days. The project I worked on constantly lacked staff, so it was very difficult to manage the workload. Despite that fact, the client and the manager excepted from you to provide top notch service. The project was quite stressful and there was no proper support from both the client and SupportYourApp management.

During your first year in the company, managers from multiple departments, starting from the Onboarding and ending with People Operations, reach out to every person multiple times to schedule meetings, and ask for feedback. Having this combined with regular team meetings with the project manager allows everyone to feel as a part of the SUP family. Your SupportYourApp team :)
