Well-structured work flow, clear expectations, open friendly colleagues, flexible hours, cool company initiatives like charity or marathon, incredibly comfortable office, company rules and guidelines are often reminded in a form of a quiz or educational videos, it's a pleasure to be a part of the team, thank you!
