I've been working at SUP for the past 3 years, and it has been a great experience so far. Everyone is super kind and understanding, the work environment is relaxed, and you are treated respectfully no matter your location :)

Cons

Medical Policy could be a bit better, but I've got nothing negative to say about them

Pros

Since 2 years now I am with SUP. I enjoy every single day here. I am so happy that I have the opportunity to work here and share my time with those wonderful people. This is not a company like very else. It is a special place with awesome people. They care about the people whose working here. There are people from different nations, culture, everyone is welcome. Even the fact that we are apart from each other, we have meetings and we are never feeling like outsiders. When I start my shift I strat with smile on my face. I am happy to work and love the work I do. I have meet many new friends here too.

Cons

There is not even one negative word for this company.

The pay is alright only if : - You are in a third-world country - You are willing to wait months to get the actual rate - You are patient enough to provide top-notch service for an unreasonable pay - You are a student

Cons

- Padded similar reviews saying the same thing, all coming from Ukraine, and finding no cons to the company, weirdly enough. All foreign reviews also come from brainwashed fellow foreign employees. Which Glassdoor review has to mention the company is involved in charity? Run, run, run. - Mandatory quiz about the CEO and how great of a human she is. Moronic and dystopian. - Brainwash-like work pace. - Management will gaslight you & treat you like a kid and if they can't, they will fire you. - No smell of teamwork whatsoever. - Run.
