I've been working here for almost 3 years now. The management is always nice and open to any feedback or communication. There always feedback talks, performance reviews, regular check-ups scheduled seamlessly. The offices are also always improving for everyone to feel comfortable in. The office managers are open for any feedback you might have. It's a great place for career growth as well! Almost everyone from the management has started as the agents and grown into the current positions. There are lots of talented people willing to help you grow in your career and gain more and more skills. It's also very nice that the company does other things like charity (there's a special social project created and run by SupportYourApp), taking part in sports events as well as organizing those themselves. The experience that you get from working with different projects and clients is huge! You can get a project linked to finances, cryto, photography, hardware, music, etc.
