I feel good in the company. Mariana's manager always asks me about everything and takes my opinion into account. The project is interesting and useful for life. The company is stable, compensation is on time.

Good company, kind people, understanding managers. This is my first job in remote and support, but I liked it. There was a lot of information on the project and everything was new for me. But after 2 months on the project, everything became clear.

Cons

So far so good, I didn't find any cons.

Pros

My colleagues are friendly people who are helpful. The manager used to be a consultant, so he understands all the processes and helps. My compensation is satisfactory and paid on time. There are night shifts on my project, but I am comfortable with that and have been warned about it.

Cons

There is a lot of information on the projet, everything is dynamic, but that's fine for me.
