There are also plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and take on exciting challenges, which keeps the work engaging. Overall, it’s a place where you feel both personally and professionally fulfilled.

Cons

I don’t see any downsides for me personally, but a lot depends on the people in the team and the client you work with.
