Sparkling surfaces, dark realities

Business Outlook

Pros

Good work/life balance, modern office, amicable colleagues, regular bonuses, social benefits, interesting work opportunities.

Cons

Upper management was all but non-existent and little to no information trickled down from the top. That left middle management locked in petty power struggles to defend their positions. The result: passive-aggressive mistreatment to outright mobbing of employees.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We very much appreciate it. We are glad to hear that you had a great work environment, we strive to be an inclusive workplace where our employees shine as much as our product. Building a culture of teamwork and collaboration is important to us at Swarovski. Equally important to us, is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they belong. Being part of Swarovski is about having the power to express who you truly are. With the freedom, encouragement and support that allows you to shine; while embracing the unique qualities of everyone around you. Because when our people feel that sense of belonging, we know they can achieve the incredible. Regarding your concerns related to our strategy , Swarovski, like a lot of companies in these uncertain times, is also going through major change, and both global and local situations all add to it. On the one hand, it is a very demanding and difficult time, on the other hand, it is an opportunity for profound improvements. This makes your review all the more valuable to us.
