Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Swarovski, we truly value constructive employee and customer feedback, both positive and negative. We understand that flexibility in scheduling is important to employees, and it is always our goal to accommodate our employees’ busy lives as much as possible. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued, listened to and feel that they belong. We will bring this up with our management and discuss how we can improve from here. Once again, thank you for your feedback and wish you much success in your career. We are looking forward to welcoming you in our stores again - as a colleague or as a customer. Thank you for your valuable feedback. We appreciate it very much. In order to retain its strongly competitive global position, Swarovski continuously looks for ways to improve and adapt its business and processes to stay one step ahead. In this context, Swarovski is taking initiatives that aim to support its ongoing success. Changing ways of working naturally includes a learning curve, which holds true for transformations just as much as for IT driven changes such as new tools or systems. We therefore count on your understanding and support in helping crucial knowledge being shared and new knowledge being acquired.

Thank you for your review. Hearing from you helps us learn and grow. You mentioned sometimes the rhythm is slow and there are not so many customers in the stores during the day. We would like to assure you this is in part due to the nature of retail, customers tend to shop more on the weekends and have more choices these days on how they can shop, online or in store. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with extraordinary service and an awe-inspiring brand experience. Once again, thank you for your feedback and wish you much success in your career with Swarovski.
