Strong people focus Personally I had the opportunity to grow and to realize the projects I believed in Easy to build an internal network as company is small enough to get to know most colleagues over time, and the working environment is very friendly

Cons

Decision-making in a family owned company is sometimes a little slower Career advancement or international moves often depend on your internal network

Pros

Nice team and senior sales relationships. Opportunities to attend training sessions for e.g. watch repairs, product knowledge. Interesting job building relationships with customers and potential to make big sales. Potential to move up to senior sales but no other progression likely.

Cons

Management poor, very strict on uniform and appearances. If store is quiet there is not much useful to do, could definitely get boring polishing the displays over and over again.
