Pros

Product is beautiful. Great benefits including healthcare, vacation, on-site gym, and great product discounts.

Cons

I found very little work-life balance while employed at Swarovski. The atmosphere is highly reactive and stressful. The workload is not manageable, but you have to get it done. Sales are down and therefore the stress weighs on everyone. I worked with great people while there, however most have left and I would not recommend working for the Consumer Goods Business (CGB) side.
