Pros

The product is remarkable; the jewelry allocation was one of the best perks. You would always feel so classy and professional working at this beautiful sparkling store. As far as Pros go, that's pretty much it.

Cons

At first, everything was great- until I started seeing the real colors of the management team. I got promoted to full-time & was transferred to another store. The new store I got transferred to was under horrible management. Management that could cause serious legal issues. I expressed myself with the Area Manager, as well as the District Manager & they kept reassuring me things would get better- to just wait. My new manager was so aggressive on the sales floor, she would belittle her staff, even make them dress a certain way. She would even say things like "you need to put lipstick on, your make-up isn't heavy enough", she even commented on a co-workers weight. Actually she turned down several girls, because of their weight. I kept telling these things to those above me, I felt uncomfortable. I was hopeful things would change, but nope. Nothing. They made leaving impossible, since I wasn't happy anymore. Last I heard, nothing has changed- in fact now they're trying to get HR involved but nothing has changed. Such a shame, professionalism has gone to nothing.
