Pros

easy in, easy out minimum maintenance

Cons

Dysfunction at its finest. I thought I would be working for a high end retailer, not sophomoric brand ambassador. The staffing of this company are as poorly put together as the over priced costume jewelry they supply. Three months without a manager is the source of this self destructive storm. Passive aggressive co workers make it a hostile work environment with no hope of persevering. No interviews for a manager make you question the company's future standing (company closing soon?) and confirm that if the company does not learn from their past failures, they will become a part of it. Save yourself the frustration, it is not worth $8.50/hr. You can get paid more at a much more welcoming and appreciative company.

Pros

Decent pay Good hours Not much more.

Cons

Have you do a lot of useless stuff, and clean everything. Move the boxes around way to much, and the management makes work way to stressful.

Pros

Swarovski offers store managers a wonderful employee discount program. The salary is pretty competitive for retail and the benefits are great.

Cons

There is no work life balance. The managers are expected to work 10 hours days and if the store is struggling the Regional Director does not understand why you are not working every single day. There is a lack of communication between the stores and corporate. The stores are expected to run on single coverage and then it is questioned on why all clients are not being helped. Swarovski has become a negative place to work. Whatever you do, it is not good enough.
