Overall Good Experience and Grow as “Good Statistician”
Pros
Overall good experience and got quality work, that was very helpful as Statistician. Work life balance was good. No much politics at employee level or work level. Yearly hike was good that is average 10%. Number of leaves was good and work from option need base.
Cons
They are transfer easily from one location to others (I have very bad experience). Promotion hike was very bad, since we are aligning mostly promotion hike to increase package. Some project has very life balance work and some was very hard to deal. No clear picture from senior management to employee what’s happening next. The yearly rating most influenced by senior management rather than line manager, Like two people working hard and same level then senior management tells that give one person good rating and which also depend upon the salary benefit .
