Good for getting your feet wet in inside sales. Learn all you can in six months and start applying elsewhere where you will be paid higher and respected more.

Cons

The directors only see you as a telemarketer. You must be a slave to your headset and make calls. You take a seven minute bathroom break and your manager has emailed you and cc’d the directors demanding to know what happened. Salary is low forties. No room for growth. Turnover is outstanding. Zero team values.
