Large company with a lot of hiring

Cons

Leadership is awful. They don’t care about you or your goals. They should have left the company the way it was before and what they get away with without HR doing anything to investigate is crazy. Find leaders who care about you group and support changes for the better and not scared of the BU leaders who don’t understand staffing.

Overloaded schedule and being involved in many trials of different indications the same time which requires following metrics and productivity on a high level
