      Decent medical benefits available and provided to employees.

      Cons

      The middle management does not care about the people within it's organization. With the current Covid situation and lack of adequate child care, some managers are informing their employees to be prepared to come back to their office. These are employees that are capable to performing their duties working remotely from home. How are parents supposed to leave their children at a summer camp or daycare in these uncertain times?

      Pros

      Driven company, as a stat programmer they really don't let you fail right away. Very fair and very helpful managers

      Cons

      There's no option not to work-- if you've finished everything, they will find something else. If you have 6 hours of work to do today, they'll find something else in your remaining 2. Maybe that's standard, but still ridiculous.
