There aren't any I have nothing to put here

layoffs are constant. The person sitting next to you just disappears. If we miss a target no problem the company will take away merits, bonuses, promotions, vacation rollover. Benefits are expensive the employer doesn't pay much more than the employee. A lot of turnover its company wide. Whenever finances fall short the employees pay. Leadership at the top is constantly churning also very unstable. If you need more proof look at the stock price. if you still come here negotiate a high salary because everyone that comes in behind you will always make a lot more. Do not go to HR or you will be pushed out as a complainer.
